We’re obsessed with making sure no special memory goes uncaptured, which is why the whole team is involved in your journey from onboarding to the big day.

Having a full team behind you is our 'secret sauce'; it’s how we guarantee we deliver a high-quality experience every single time (and always on schedule!).

Once we’ve finished your onboarding, we’ll hold your special date for 14 days just for you. During that time, you can take your time to pick and choose exactly which services you want us to help with. To lock it all in, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit, this helps us secure your spot and cover any initial travel costs.

We know life happens, so if you need to change your date, we’re happy to move things around as long as the new date is still open! The remaining balance is due one month before the big day. You’re the big boss here: feel free to pay it off in installments as you go or just knock it all out at once. Whatever works best for your budget!

A full day with the Lumora team usually clocks in around 12 hours, but let's be real, every wedding has its own rhythm. Some run perfectly to the minute, while others naturally go a bit longer. From the morning prep nerves to the moment everyone is having a blast on the dance floor, we’re right there with you. And once we know we’ve 'gotten the goods' and captured the best of the night, we’ll most likely join in the fun ourselves!

Expect your sneak peek within 48 hours and your full digital gallery within 14 days of the big day. We know the 'norm' in this industry is a 1–4 month wait, but we do things differently at Lumora & Co.

Photography is our full-time life, so we prioritize getting your photos back to you fast. We guarantee a 14-day turnaround time, if we don't deliver by then, we'll refund you 50% of your total cost. Our word is our bond.
